What kind of problems are you having trying to install TMG 4.x? If you
have a CD you should place the CD in the CD reader and install from
there.

You can download TMG 5.x at the URL listed on the e-mail that has your
unlock code.

If you have version 4.0d you do not need any upgrades. If you have an
earlier version of TMG 4.x you should be able to download the 4.0d
upgrade.
