Genealogy.com is using Heritage Quest census images the same as Godfrey
does. Why wait for Genealogy.com when Godfrey will have them at the same
time.

From the Genealogy.com help file, (question related to displaying census
images):

Open your Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2003.
Click Options.
Click Internet Security (or Personal Firewall).
This step is not always needed
Click the Web Content tab.
Click Add Site.
A new site/domain box appears.
Enter genealogy.com and click OK.
That site name appears in the left frame of the Options window.
Click the genealogy.com name you just added.
Click the Global Settings tab.
In the "Information about visited sites" section, uncheck "Use default
settings."
Click Permit
If you have a subscription to the U.S. Census Collection, repeat steps 5
through 10 for the Web site HERITAGEQUESTONLINE.COM.
Click OK to close the Options window.

NOTE: in the second to last sentence the use of the web site
HERITAGEQUESTONLINE.COM which is where the census images reside.
