I sent the Table of Contents to this list once and I sent the whole
newsletter to your private e-mail box once. If the one that you received
privately is only a Table of Contents, then I can only guess that you ISP
may have truncated it. In that case, you are welcome to send me a copy of
it and I'll investigate it.

Nancy Ranck and Gordon Banks are both subscribers and the log shows that a
copy of the newsletter was mailed to each and I got no bounce message for
them (as I did for many others who have spam blockers, full mailboxes, or
obsolete accounts).
