Thanks for the advice Theresa and Bob. I particularly liked Bob's suggestion of using an individual narrative in my tool bar so I will set that up.

I also understand about changing the tag sentences globally. Trouble is at the moment I can't decide what the best way is for me<grin>. Theresa I will let you know if I find out how to use colour in TMG but so far have not been successful. I think it would be a nice feature to add to the programme at some point. What do others think about it?
