I use Clooz and, to me at least, the difference is those people in your
documents that you don't know who they are so you don't want them in your TMG
database but you might need them later. I add every name in the document then they
are attached to the document in Clooz so if you find they do belong later you
know where all the data pertaining to them is. You just go to Clooz and look
up that name and it will show you all the documentation where that person is
mentioned. Also like was stated earlier, you don't have to make a separate copy
for each person's file.
