Sent last week but did not receive a reply:


I continue to crash TMG 5.07 by trying to generate a compressed pedigree
report as follows:

select One Person as subject of report
Print to: file PDF C:\Program Files\TMG\Reports\PedX.PDF
Save

The dialog box disappears - I check but there is no new task running
anywhere, no new file written anywhere.

If I choose Print, Print and Save, then I get File is in use error, followed
by Menu management internal error, followed by crash.

How should I be doing this?
