You may want to consider Second Site (SS) for this purpose. SS does not generate
the exact same format as TMG's journal reports: it generates HTML pages that
contain the same information. SS will generate a 15,000 person web site in a few
minutes. On my machine--1.2GHz with 512MB--a site with narratives for 24,000
people takes about 4 minutes. There are a lot of variables that can affect the
speed, but SS users will confirm that SS generates narratives very quickly.
You can share the site easily without making it public by putting the files on a
CD and sending the CD to anyone you want.
