You said "each on its own page". Perhaps you meant internet page. Then
perhaps you should really look at SS. I assumed you meant printed page.

I'm not a WORD expert, but I believe both WORD and WP have the "master
file" approach, where sections (chapters, whatever) can be in separate
files but linked together. Perhaps the index, then, will integrate the
sections for you. See "options" and "publication tools" where each
generation can be a separate subfile.
