Subject: [TMG] Endnotes not printing

A newbie, I'm trying to print an individual narrative with endnotes to see if my footnote sentences are working. I'm running TMG 5.09 on Win 98. What shows on screen and in print (printing direct to printer) is text with superscript numbers for endnotes, but no endnotes. How do I get the endnotes themselves to show and print?
