When you open the Report definition screen for any report, the lower
half of the screen is where you tell TMG where to "Print" your report.
The choices are to:
- Screen, which means to display the report on the screen (after it
goes to screen, there is a printer icon on the toolbar of the screen,
which will send the report to your printer)
- File, which means it is saved as a file than can then be opened in
another program (Adobe Acrobat or your word processor, for example)
and printed from it.
- Printer, which means it goes directly to the printer (just like
going to Screen then clicking the Printer icon, except you skip the
screen step)
No matter which of the three you choose, click the "Print & Save"
button to send the report to go to the destination you specify. (The
"save" part means to save the definition, not the report itself.)
