The Copy Person(s) function on the Add menu only works for moving
people between two datasets in the same project. That's why I think
most users should not have more than one Project. Your method is
required if you have people in different Projects.
That's why I suggested importing the new data from TMG4 into a second
dataset within the existing Project.
