I'm guessing you have 20 Names selected in the PE but only 16 People. The
difference is between People (one person, one name) and Names (one person,
multiple names - married name, nickname, etc.). The List of People is like the
PE filtered for primary names only, while the forthcoming List of Names is like
the PE with both primary and non-primary names. Filtering the PE for primary
names only should give you the results you want.

Then I "deselected" the 15 from the list, reselected the same 5 and ran the

20 were a mix of primary and non-primary names and that didn't seem to make a
difference. They were in the first part of the list but not the top 5, for
instance.

What am I missing here?
