Hello Steve,
Thanks for responding to me. Yes, you are right I reinstalled plain version
4 instead of 4d, but fortunately, Wholly Genes still has the upgrade on line
to 4d so I was able to update to 4d. However, I think the problem comes
from having saved the data in zip format while my TMG wants to restore from
sqz format.
I guess I have to be happy that I only lost a month or two of data instead
of all my years of data entry.
