I agree with your first step of leaving TMG and then restarting and trying
again.
After that my next step would be to run the maintenance routines.
If that doesn't do it, reboot your computer.
If that doesn't do it, then start worrying, cussing, and last but not
least, of course, writing to the list. <grin>
