I always find step three to be: Go to bed and get a good night's
sleep. Then in the morning you won't remember why it bothered you so

I agree with your first step of leaving TMG and then restarting and
trying
again.
After that my next step would be to run the maintenance routines.
If that doesn't do it, reboot your computer.
If that doesn't do it, then start worrying, cussing, and last but not
least, of course, writing to the list. <grin>
