Greg,

I made a new role called INCOMPLETE DATA and assigned each person to
that role if they SHOULD have been on the census,but I haven't found
them yet. In reports, it acts as a place holder.

It appears that may work quite nicely! I just haven't had a chance to
practice much using the new reports from v5. Saving this report as a
word
document will allow me to look thru it and highlight what I have. I can

also add lines about which censuses I need to look at.
