I too recently upgraded to 5.10. I'm trying to add an individual and am getting the same error. I've run Optimize and File Integrity. However, I cannot add an individual at all. The screen just freezes whether I use the Enter, F9 key or Mouse.

Can I assume that this issue is part of the keyboard problem?

BTW, in all my years of using TMG, this is the first time I've had a fatal error with this excellent product.

Your diagnosis is correct that using Enter to select from the list is
responsible for the C0000005 error. It's a keyboard issue. And, you're
right, using the mouse to click Select is the workaround. This is being
worked on.
