This is how all reports with source notes work in TMG. If you send the
report to screen or printer, the notes are accumulated, and you print
them with a separate Endnotes report. The idea is you can create a set
of reports, accumulating the notes for all of them, then print a
single set of endnotes.

But, if you send the report to a word processor file, the notes are
entered as note codes that the word processor can read. The word
processor produces the actual notes from these codes. You can still
get the effect of the accumulated notes if you should create several
reports that you want to join together. You copy and paste them into a
single document in your word processor, and it creates a single set of
endnotes, or offers other options you can control in the word
processor.
