The issue isn't whether the marriage information is implicit in the
Generations database but whether the marriage information is _recorded_ in
the Generations database and we don't know the answer to that one yet. You
can't do an import based on assumptions that generations makes about its
data but have to do the import based on the actual data present in the
database. If Generations is, in fact, recording the status of the
individuals on the Family card as married and that status can be extracted
from the database, then it is reasonable to request that the TMG5
Generations
import code be revised to use that status and create a marriage event for
those individuals on import.
