I am using TMG 5.10 with no problems. Like you I have seen several minor
problems reported but the only show stopper was the inability to get to the
WhollyGenes server for the upgrade.

That said, is there any functionality in TMG 5.09 or 5.10 that you need but
do not have in TMG 5.08? If so, by all means install TMG 5.10. If not, why
not wait for the next release which will be mostly clean up for these minor
problems.
