Well, I had time to test this and it does say X names will be deleted
and will default to the default style, so if that is the case, then it
seems it is not doing that. I wasn't brave enough to test this to see
if it really does default back to the default style or if the names
disappear. I will turn that over to a beta tester. <G> But at least
the warning is there, but in Alain's case, it seems it didn't work that
way.

Then in that case, this needs to be reported as a bug. If a name style
is deleted, then the names that use that style disappear from the Simple
Picklist, Person View, and Project Explorer. At the very least there
needs to be an error message that states that X number of names use this
name style before you are allowed to delete it, and then those names
need to revert back to the Default name style.

Teresa,
One million thanks. After recreating the old deleted style, I used
John's utility to change everything from US standard to the newly
created style, and then back to US standard, and everything is correct
again.
I think I'll optimize and VFIze before backing up.
