Gil,

I can't recall if someone mentioned this already...

Your father must enter all the information from the confirmation e-mail you
received, not just the license key. So, he has to enter your name, your e-mail
address, and the key. Furthermore, if your e-mail address has changed since you
purchased the software, he must still enter the one in the confirmation message.
The key is tied to that information.
