Yes but I cleverly did not make note of the helpful information when it
flashed on my screen - which is why I went back in and crashed again and
overwrote the trouble file.

When you create a trouble report, TMG will display a notice that the report
has been created AND where it is located (usually in the program folder in
your installation). In any case, the file will be named TROUBLE.DOC is a
text file and you should be able to find it using the standard Windows
Search Files or Folders function.
