Well guys and gals,
I moved on Feb 28, 2002 and got city water at the same time. This was
not the first time I had city water.
I do remember that we had city water in Miami from about 1942 until we
left in 1963. I moved to Decatur, Georgia and had city water there until
1966. Then I moved to Mint Hill, North Carolina and was on a well until
1970. I moved back to Decatur, Georgia and was on city water again until
1979. Then off to Whitehouse Station, New Jersey and back on a well
until 1988 (the New Jersey house was built circa 1755 before the United
States existed. I moved to Cumming, Georgia and was on a well until Feb
28, 2002 when I moved into my present home in Cumming, Georgia also.
I believe that the well water still taste better than the processed city
water.
I do not remember ever having an outhouse as a primary fixture but I did
own one from 1979 to 1988 while I lived in New Jersey.
I have had a zip code for several years now and I did receive my package
a few days ago as reported in a prior post (Zip code 30040).
