Based on some messages a few months ago, I set up a batch file that backs up
the following:

app.ini
*.lo (custom layouts)
*.tbr (custom toolbar)
webplaces.txt
webother.txt
*.rpt (report confgurations)
*.flp (filters)
*.acc (accents)
*.sqz

I don't use any custom languages, so they aren't included in this list.
