When you creat a chart with Visual Chartform, you may "pretty up" the box
charts with some fancy fames instead of just plain boxes to hold the
data. In the Options window of the box chart Report Definition screen,
click on the Boxes tab and choose the "Other file:" option under Frame
(Outside box) in the lower left. When you select this, the Select Frame
window will display (you may want to adjust it size like any other
window). Look though the different frames and select the one you want for
your chart. You can create your own custom frames but that is another
topic for now. You may leave the box showing or you may choose to set the
color of the box (Box Border) to the same color as the background (and thus
hidden as if no box is printed) or choose the Transparent option for the
Box Border.
Hope this helps -
