Sounds like the size of your citation detail window is right on the borderline between two font sizes.

I think if you make the window just a few pixels larger the font size will quit jumping.

The font size on my Citation Detail returned to normal today. After
opening the screen to full screen and going back the font was normal. I
had tried that before but nothing happened. I still have no idea why
this occurred. I am using ver 5.11.
