Elizabeth,

That control only applies to "Lists" -- screens which contain list of
items. They include the detail window Person View, and all the Master
... Lists. But does not stop the resizing on data entry screens such
as the Tag Entry screen, or in the screen under discussion here, the
Citation screen.

I agree with Robert -- I'd love to see the ability to set the font
size in those screens and not have them change.
