Karen,
At the bottom of the ADD Person screen is a SETUP button. You can add any
tag and any field for a tag in that field. Then it will only add the tag if
you put in a date or a citation or a place.

Any information I give that you can't find in your version of TMG 5.1 is

The one minor annoyance I have (I'm not sure if there is a fix already for
this) is when I am entering data for an indvidual I can insert the BMD - but

cannot enter the burial information. Also if I am entering a date
(especially a
marriage) that I only want to use in the sort field and not the actual date
field, I have to do this as a separate tag entry. Is there a way around
this?
