I decided a few years back never to translate any Norwegian terms. For
one thing the language has changed so much that many of the terms and
phrases I find are not found in current Norske [or Danish]
dictionaries and rather than compound problems, I'll let the eventual
reader work with the material I found. I generally know the sense of
what I'm reading, but I think it's better to let my reader have the
original.
