Go to the child and check that the parents are marked as Primary parts --
that is, that they are listed in the Father and Mother fields of the child
and not just with Father-Bio and Mother-Bio down in the Tag Box. If they
are in the Tag Box, highlight each in turn and press the asterisk key.
