I am hoping this e-mail gets through... for the last three months I have been having problems accessing the TMG-L! I just bought a new computer and had my ISP server configure my user name and password to it original state, before all my problems began. I am very pleased with TMG V5.11, however; I am starting to experience the grey out menu syndrome (goms)! The Add Person menu greys out and I can not figure why this started happening. My old computer was a IBM 2.2GHz 256MB screen display with 80GB hard drive. I hardly experienced the grey outs.

I bought a COMPAQ Presario 2.7GHz 512MB display screen with 120GB Hard drive. So lack of memory is not the problem!
