I haven't had this problem, but have had a similar one. While TMG 5 is
working away on something, such as updating a tag (no big deal), my
cursor, rather than becoming an hourglass, disappears entirely. I find
this somewhat disorienting.

P.S. My (new) pc is a 3.06 GHz Pentium something with 1GB of memory.

I just bought a new computer and had my ISP server configure my user name and password to it original state, before all my problems began. I am very pleased with TMG V5.11, however; I am starting to experience the grey out menu syndrome (goms)! The Add Person menu greys out and I can not figure why this started happening. My old computer was a IBM 2.2GHz 256MB screen display with 80GB hard drive. I hardly experienced the grey outs.
