One last try!!

I have put out a request for help and some came but none solved my problem. On February 20 I e-mailed WG Support (see below). and have not had a reply. I have been holding off using TMG until this problem is solved. Any new ideas?

Here is my message to WG:
I have tried the transfer numerous times and have never been able to get the Free Notes into TMG. ( I don't have a lot of Free Notes, but enough to be of concern). I have used the Advanced transfer method with several variations in the transfer specs. Only one Free Note turns up in TMG and it is numbered "0" and does not show up in the Master Source List. I do not wish to start using TMG to replace UFT until I can solve this problem. Can you help me?

My phone number is 613 829-7545 (Ottawa, Ontario). I am retired and can usually be reached any time of day at that number, but I will be out of the house doing volunteer work Monday afternoon.
