You must first run another report selecting to print (at least to screen)
Sources (Footnotes to Screen or Printer will be converted to
Endnotes) and Bibliography. After that report has been generated, the
Endnotes and Bibliography will be accumulated for use by the Endnotes or
Bibliography reports.
