The Bibliography and Endnote reports are what you might call
supplementary reports, which work in conjunction with another report.
First, you have to run your main report, and in that report definition
you have to turn on the Bibliography and Endnote functions under
Options.
What happens to then depends on where you send this report. If you
"Print" it to a word processor file, those elements will appear in
that file. But if you "Print" it to screen or to a printer, the source
information is collected for use by the Bibliography and Endnote
reports. If you choose, you can run several reports containing source
notes before running a Bibliography or Endnote report and then those
reports will be a combined output for all the reports you previously
ran.
