Tiffany,

Can you include the top part of the log file produced by TMG Utility? I'd like
to see the start of the log down to the first of the name entries. That will
show me the exact rules you used, among other things.

Also, it looks like I misunderstood how the names were now; there are two "Van"
entries in "Jack Van Van Hoosan", whereas I thought there was only one "Van",
but in the wrong subfield. Once I see the log, I'll give you a new set of rules.
