For Second Site (SS) look in Strings -> Place Strings and make sure you
remove the at/in or whatever there

I think that by selecting the "blank" option for place prepositions in
all my reports, that should take care of that. None of my places will
use the default U.S. Standard Place Style that comes with TMG.

Can anyone confirm that?

Also, I notice that in the Data.Places section, SS does not have
anywhere to specify "at", "in", or blank as TMG does. Will my
suggestion below work in SS?
