Jim,

So again we are saying that the L9 field is not output by design. I would
ask why? If the defaults for any other tag are L1 through L10, why is the
repository different? Why was this decision made?

Guess I just curious. <g> If there's no good answer other than personal
choice by the makers, that is fine as well. <g>

Elizabeth - My understanding is that the [REPOSITORY] element is controlled
by what is placed in the Name -Other: field on the Repository Definition
screen OR by the Name -ID#. Although I've not tested yet, but I believe
that Name -Other overrides Name -ID# field. As it was also explained to me
that the intent of using the Addressee field was for a librarian / recorder
keeper for an institution. Hence I've removed any reference to a "person"
in the addressee field or "organization" such as Wildwood Cemetery in the
detail field and now use pure mailing address information.

Clear as mud, as someone also told me on this list...right?

Thanks
Kevin

Elizabeth,

Repository Info/Address

I guess that the essentials are:
1) The labels on the Repository Definition screen can be controlled by a
place style but that's all that the place style does. The place style has
nothing to do with the data output.
2) Using the Repository Info source element group, the data are output in
the following order and format:
Addressee, Detail, City, County, State, Country Postal, Phone, Temple
3) Data from the LatLong field are not output.

Jim
