Kevin,
I do not have this booklet, and I'm making these
remarks solely from the book description, but I
presume that the current rules and specifications
would be contained in "Numbering Your Genealogy: Basic
Systems, Complex Families & International Kin" by Joan
Ferris Curran,CG, Madilyn Coen Crane, and John H.
Wray, Ph.D.,CG. (1999, National Genealogical Society,
36pp.).
If I am mistaken as to what is contained in this book,
somebody please correct me.
The book description, at the NGS Bookstore, reads: The
complete NGS Quarterly Numbering System together with
the Register System, Henry System, and Sosa Stradonitz
System for descending and ascending genealogies.
Simple solutions you need for adoptions, cousin
marriages, stepkin and more complex family
relationships.
