Jim & Robin,

Many thanks for your prompt replies. It does help to know what the
situation is. Losing the images was a bit of a shock and it feels like
a part of me is missing. However they have been registering perfectly
normally until last night so I wondered what it was that triggered their
failure?

Thanks for your offer; Jim, I will try and not take you up on it,
although I do use this facility often. By the way, I don't know if
anyone else has experienced this but I find that the 'Use current focus
person' option on the Ancestor and descendant reports does not reliably
update to a new focus person. Sometimes it has to be clicked off and
then on again to correct it.

in the way images are accessed as reports and charts are built. Existing
outputs (Word files, PDFs and saved VC2 files are OK).
