Custom sources.

Just as an FYI on the issue below, Dorothy called me this morning and was
able to replicate this problem. Under v. 5.12, when using Mills source
categories, and running the List of Citations report with a Source Type is
______ filter, whatever source type selected becomes the only one you can
use in that filter from that point forward. Which explains why it started
right after I upgraded to 5.12. :)

Dorothy convinced me that changing to Custom sources was a good idea for me,
so after making a backup I made that change. An unexpected surprise is that
now I can run the List of Citations with the "Source Type is" filter without
any issues. Dorothy also said that this will be fixed in release 13.
