Teresa,

I tend, now, to put variations into the role, all on the one tag, the
reasoning being that if I ever want to exclude/include DEED (or any other
tag) for whatever reason I don't have to remember to tick/untick all the
variant tags.

That said however, I do make exceptions, nothing is ever clear cut.

Subject: [TMG] Deed tags

I am entering some TO DO Tasks tonight and I realized that Rutherford
County, TN has deed books for Trust Deeds (mortgages) and Deeds (land
transactions) and Chattel Mortgages. Until now, I have always just used one
tag-DEED, and put in the transcription of the deed into the memo field, but
now I am wondering if I should actually have three separate tags, each with
different sentences, since the deed types are so different. I was
wondering, do you use different tags, and if so, does anyone have any
sentence suggestions for those types of deeds? Or do you just group them
together?

Any information I give that you can't find in your version of TMG 5.1 is
probably due to customization on my part.
