There is a known display problem using the tabbed tag entry screen. After
adding a witness, the witness does not show in the witness field. Saving and
reopening the tag should show the witness in the witness field. This does
not happen with the untabbed tag entry screen.

I've seen no reports nor have seen in my testing that the witness is
actually not added. This will be fixed in 5.13.

Has anyone else actually not been able to add witnesses?
