Yes, I have installed the pdf printer driver and the reports used to
work fine when run separately outside book manager.

Thanks, Jim.. Before I read your note to delete the individual
report files, I had already copied over some old ones from a backup.
However to my surprise this made no difference. I have this morning
deleted the basic report files as you suggested but the program still
hangs until I use the Escape button. So instead, I copied across the
original Individual Narrative report file which came with TMG. This is
kept on my C: drive and it is there due to its installation but in fact
I keep all my active reports on my D: drive. This has made no
difference either.

My TMG 5.13 is now broken
