Nick,

I can't repeat the effect of report output getting entirely hung. Note that
when you delete report configurations, the defaults are recreated by the
program.

At this point, I would backup my project, uninstall and clean the install
folder, reboot and reinstall the program.

Don't run the Book manager until it is fixed.
