You can enter the information in comments (Source Definition, Supplemental
tab) and add [COMMENTS] or [MEMO] to the source templates wherever you want
the information to appear. (See Source Definition: Supplemental in Help).
Alternatively, you can simply enter the information in the CD when you cite
the source. I suggest the former if you want the exact same information to
appear each time you cite the source; the latter if comments are subject to
change. If it's a split bag - some info consistent, some subject to change
- use both comments and the CD.
