If I'm following you:
- There was an original family bible
- You *don't* have the bible
- the information from the bible was republished in "Misc. "D" 1850-1868, ..."

Unless and until you see the bible, then "Misc. "D" 1850-1868, ..." is your
source. You can annotate that source with information about where its
sources came from. So your source citation would read something like:

McRay, Sybil Wood compiler, Misc. "D" 1850-1868, 12
Months Support, Inventory and Appraisment, Hall County, Georgia
(Gainesville, Georgia; privately printed, 1969), 7 citing Langford family
bible of unknown provenance.

As it is privately published, this should also have a repository. The
citation detail would have, say, page number from the book cited:

McRay, "12 Months Support", [p 39] <== CD in []

Source of a source doesn't work at all in V4, other than to give you, the
researcher, information within the program itself. I don't know if this
has improved in V5, but my understanding from reading the list is that it
has not.
