You have a tag that's included in the report that has no entries in
fields called for in that tag's sentence structure. It should the
first tag of a type you've included in the report definition. My guess
is it's a birth tag with no entries except for the Memo field. By
default, the Birth tag does not include the memo. If this is the case,
the solution is to add the [M] variable to the sentence structure of
either this tag or add <[M]> to sentence structure of the tag type.
