I am having a problem, apparently with sort dates, for one individual in a descendancy narrative - but I cannot duplicate the problem when I run an IN on that person.
Here are the primary tags for this person:
Birth Data and Sort date are both "ca 1838".
Marriage Date and Marriage Sort date are both "13 Oct 1853".
Death Date and Death Sort date are both "06 Aug 1896".
Burial Date is blank, and Burial Sort date is "08 Aug 1896".
All sentences except the burial sentence have [CR:][:CR] preceding them.
Here is the output in the descendancy report:
Malinda Ann Winn was born in 1854 at Boone County, Missouri.
Malinda Ann Winn married James Thomas Wingo on 11 Jan 1870. She was buried at Rocky Fork Church Cemetery, Boone County, Missouri.
Malinda Ann Winn died in 1893 at Boone County, Missouri.
Since the last sort date is on the burial tag, why is the burial sentence moving up next to the marriage sentence - where it makes no sense?
When I run an IN report on this person, the report outputs exactly as it should:
Malinda Ann Winn was born in 1854 at Boone County, Missouri.
Malinda Ann Winn married James Thomas Wingo on 11 Jan 1870.
Malinda Ann Winn (1043) died in 1893 at Boone County, Missouri. She was buried at Rocky Fork Church Cemetery, Boone County, Missouri.
Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?
Thanks!
